Material execution: made from DC01 steel plate (0.7 mm thickness), laminated at cold temperature and joined through welding, in protected environment.

DESCRIPTION:

Hydrant box that has a single compartiment dedicated for the equipment. The door opens at 180⁰, it has clear glass, a lock and 2 keys.

The box is painted in electrostatic field, red, RAL 3000.                                 

EQUIPMENT:

• Hose reel made from DC01 steel plate (0,7 mm thickness), laminated at cold temperature;
• C type hose assembly, nominal pressure 15 bar, diameter 52 mm, lenght 20 m, white color, equipped with copplings and made in conformity with EN 14540:2007;
• Type C hydrant valve, diameter 52 mm, nominal pressure 16 bar, in conformity with ISO 5208;
• C type fixed coupling (52 mm);
• Multifunctional branch pipe, equipped with a 12 mm nozzle for water jet and fog. Q = 2.5 l/min. The lever features “OPEN / JET / FOG” positions, according to EN 615-2:2012.

CONNECTING TO THE WATER SOURCE: The box has apparent cutouts that enables the hydrant valve to pass through and make the connection to the water source on any of its 4 corners.

MARKING: the system has a label in conformity with EN 671-2:2012.
