On the 3rd October 2019 in Craiova was held the 6th and last APSIA conference with an informative purpose, where we had a good participation from representatives of the companies that perform maintenance services for extinguishers from Oltenia, Muntenia, Dobrogea and Bucharest.
After this meeting we can finally consider as finished the series of informative conferences among these kinds of companies. From this moment all the extinguisher service providing companies in Romania have been informed regarding the legislation for this field of activity and how it should be applied. More than this we have put at their disposal various instruments (addresses, official answers, standard APSIA forms, etc.) that can answer absolutely all questions regarding the interpretation of the legislation.
Having in view that 7 years have passed since the entry into force of OMAI 88/2012 and 4 years since the entry intro force of OMAI 138/2015 and the firefighting market in Romania is still divided into companies that respect the law, companies that don’t have any clue on how to achieve such a performance and finally companies that by any chance do not intend in respecting the law, we consider that time has come for a new approach of the problem, which, together with competent authorities, we will make public very soon.
